Went to San Diego for a couple days. It was fun.

Numbers
Not sure exactly how and why, but I just can’t get myself to post anything on IG anymore. Not even stories which I usually like to do. IG is broken. So I’ll post here what I was meant to post there.
It’s weird because social media really ushered digital photography into my life and now it’s reversed, my photos not able to shake hands with my IG acct.

Criticalism
We can get critical of ourselves and/or others sometimes, but each of us is on our own individual mission. We are on a journey of completion, to become whole. Every thought feeling and behavior steers us off of or back onto the path. Appreciate the spectrum of choice. In ourselves and in others. Honor the journey. Honor the path.

Freedoms
Freedom means so many different things to so many different people. It’s insane kinda. But I had a thought today about how freedom may be connected to purpose.
If you subscribe to the idea that we are mind body and spirit, then we are looking for freedom of the mind, freedom of the body, and freedom of the spirit. Internal conflicts, internal power struggles, internal wars etc are a symptom of misalignment. Sooner or later these internal problems become external problems.
Again, we cannot define freedom for each individual. For instance one person may want to eat fast food every day free from guilt or shame. For another person, freedom from heart disease or organ failure is the motivation to not eat fast food.
This brings me to my point, maybe we cannot accurately define and articulate our own desires because we cannot accurately define and articulate our own motivations aka our purpose in life.
I’m thinking more definition of purpose leads to more definition of alignment (unanimous voting of mind body and spirit) and then more definition of freedom.
Have purpose, have freedom.

Run
Run don’t walk to where and what is flowing in your life. Follow the flow. We sometimes get stuck sorting out the stuck areas, but now is a time to flow so flowingly that those stagnant areas un-stagnant themselves. Let go, let it flow.

Inherent Uncertainty
In quantum physics a guy named Heisenberg talks about the “Uncertainty Principle”, basically the more precisely you look at the momentum of a particle, the more uncertain you become about the position of said particle and vice versa. There are limits to studying a quantum system.
Makes me think about our perceptions of the world. Does this mean that the more we perceive a thing, the less we know about a thing? What does it mean to perceive?
I don’t think ignoring everything is what I am getting at. But, it’s saying that we can’t always depend on what our eyes ears nose touch and taste are telling us for 100% certainty on both momentum and position.
Maybe this is more about we just worry about momentum instead of position if we can only measure one with accuracy. We are always moving anyways.

Bus
I went to SF for Halloween weekend. There wasn’t anything planned and there wasn’t much going on. Then Bibiru says, “Oh yeah, I put our names down for Lindsay’s party bus.” I didn’t want to go, but I did. And it was fun.
